In particular, the first membership of the commission includes lawyers specializing in disputes involving digital assets and technology. These are University of Pennsylvania law professor David Hoffman and Rich Widmann, head of Web3 at Google Cloud. They will handle disputes involving contract interpretation, asset control, cybersecurity, transaction recordkeeping, and cross-border enforcement.
