Over the next two weeks, 117,100 rsETH will be transferred via the LayerZero OFT adapter. Kelp will resume fund withdrawals within 24 hours after the first tranche. All operations with rsETH, including deposits, redemptions, and bridge operations, will return to normal once contracts are reactivated. The restoration of rsETH was facilitated by the Arbitrum DAO vote to unlock $70 million in ETH. However, a court ruling limits the transfer of these funds. Kelp has also strengthened the protocol's security system and transitioned from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP. Last week, LayerZero acknowledged its mistake in the hack due to allowing costly transactions with a single confirmation. Previously, the company had placed full responsibility for the incident on Kelp DAO.
